
Today’s recipe is oven rice with tuna, this rice is delicious and is super easy and fast to prepare.
How to make special oven rice with tuna
In a small rectangular refractory (about 1250ml of capacity), distribute half of the reserved rice. Spread a can of tuna Gomes from the drained coast, half the turkey chest and cover half the mozzarella. Make a layer with the rest of the rice, cover with the other can of the Tuna Gomes da Costa drained, the rest of the turkey breast and Champignon Gomes da Costa. Cover the preparation with the rest of the cheese. Sprinkle oregano through the surface. Bake in the medium oven (180ºC), preheated, for about 20 minutes or until the preparation is hot and the melted cheese.

Rice
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 cup of rice (200g)
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- Half tablespoon chimichurri
- About 2 cups of boiling water (480ml)
Other ingredients
- 2 cans of grated tuna to Natural Gomes da Costa (340g)
- 50g of sliced and torn turkey breast
- 300g of sliced mozzarella cheese
- Half glass of sliced Champignon Gomes da Costa (50g)
- Oregano to taste

Preparation mode
Rice
- In a pan heat the olive oil and sauté the rice.
- Add salt, chimichurri and water, mix, cover the pan and cook over low heat for about 15 minutes or until the water dries and the rice is cooked.
- Reserve.
