Quick shrimp risotto recipe

This shrimp risotto combines juicy shrimps with the perfect creaminess of rice, creating a sophisticated and delicious dish for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter
  • Half a cup of clean medium prawns (100 g)
  • 1 small chopped onion
  • 1 and half cup of raw tree rice (260 g)
  • 1 liter of boiling water
  • 1 Sachet of Sazón® Shrimp broth

Preparation mode

  • In a medium pan, put 1 tablespoon of butter and bring to medium heat to melt. Add the shrimp and sauté for 5 minutes, or even change color. Add the onion and sauté for 2 minutes, or until transparent. Remove from pan and set aside.
  • In the same pan, add the rice and fry it for 1 minute. Add the water, previously mixed with Sazón® broth, gradually and stirring constantly, and cook over medium heat for 15 minutes, or until al dente.
  • Add the braised shrimp, stir and then serve.

Preparation Time: 20 minutes

Yield: 5 portions
