How to make rice with vegetables and saffron
In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat and add the chopped onion and garlic. Sauté slightly. Add the vegetable selection, rice and turmeric, mix well and sauté for 2 minutes, stirring to incorporate everything. Add boiling water and salt. Mix well. Lower the heat and cook until the rice liquid dry (if necessary, add more water gradually until the rice is cooked). Turn off the heat and carefully stir the rice before serving.

- 1 ½ cup rice
- ½ tablespoon of turmeric kitano
- 3 cups of water
- 1 tsp of salt
