How to make brown rice bowl with chicken
Make the rice: In a medium pan, put the rice and water, bring to medium heat and cook with the semi-tapped pan for 20 minutes, or until it is “al dente”. Add Vono® and mix until dissolved it. Remove from heat, cover the pan and let stand for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare the chicken: In a large skillet, put the Terrano® olive and bring to high heat to heat. Add the chicken gradually, previously seasoned with salt and fry for 7 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove from fire. Make the sauce: In a medium bowl, put yogurt and vono® and mix. Assembly: In 8 medium bowls (bowls), distribute the rice and, on top, the arugula, the tomato, the sleeve and the chicken. Arrange the sauce over the toppings and then serve.

- 2 cups of raw brown rice (340 g)
- 1.2 liter of boiling water

- 800 g of chicken breast, without skin and boneless bone cubes
- 2 pinches of salt
- 1 cup of torn arugula leaves

Preparation mode

Tip: If you prefer, replace the chicken with the same amount of salmon, without skin and without spine, cut into cubes. If salmon is fresh, it can be consumed raw or grilled the same way as chicken.
