How to make special rice with saffron
In a pan, heat the olive oil and add the onion, sauté for about 3 minutes or until withering and then add the garlic and let it brown. Add the rice, the seasoning ready, the saffron and mix well to sauté. Add the boiling water, hit the salt and cook over low heat, for about 15 minutes, with the semi -timed pan. Turn off the heat, cover the pan completely and let stand for 5 minutes. Transfer the content, still hot, to a pan of approximately 25 cm in diameter with hole in the middle and, with the back of a spoon, tighten the rice to occupy and shape the entire container – bake for 15 minutes. Remove, unmold and serve next.
