Indian rice – made with Greek rice, but promises to get out of the basics.

How to make special Indian rice

Cook Uncle João Kitchen Easy – Rice to the Greek according to the packaging instructions. In a pan, place the new olive oil, brown the garlic and sauté the onion. Add the peppers and sauté a little more, lower the heat and add the curry, salt and pepper. Then add the grain of the bias and the peanuts, the parsley and chives, mix well and set aside.   • 1 medium onion cut into slices
  • 150 g of chopped red peppers
  • 10 g of powder curry (one teaspoon)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 100 g of boiled chickpeas
  • 50 g of peeled roast peanut
  • Salsinha and chives to taste
  • 100 g fresh pea
  • 2 Tomatoes without skin and without seed
  • Cinnamon in stick to decorate
