How to make rice with lamb ham
Season the lamb leg previously with olive oil, mint, cumin and salt beaten and bake. In a pan with olive oil sauté the onion, add the roasted shackle cut in chips, then place the chopped tomatoes and the black pepper. Add the rice and sauté, place the water to cover, season with the cumin, turmeric, add the salt, cover the pan and let the rice cook. Once cooked, release the rice, mix the minced mint and finally put the Combrasil Temperated Straw potato and is ready to serve.
