How to make rice with Gremolate chicken
In a small processor or pestle, macere the parsley leaves, garlic, olive oil, juice and lemon zest until a rustic paste. Add salt to taste and set aside. Grill the chicken fillets, sprinkle some salt and transfer to a platter, ending the spice with the reserved parsley paste. For the assembly, place in each dish 1 chicken fillet with the Gremalata sauce, the rice, the beans and a portion of salad with the grated raw vegetables (carrots, cucumber and radish). Serve next.

- ½ cup (tea) of washed and dried parsley leaves

- 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
