How to make duck rice with tucupi pepper sauce
In a large pan, heat the outline over medium heat. Saute onion and garlic for 1 minute. Add the shredded duck and mix until it begins to brown. Put the rice and mix well, then add the water. Season with salt, cover the pan and cook. When the water dries, add the tucupi and let the cooking end. Finish with red pepper and coriander. Serve then with the tucupi pepper sauce.

- 1 cup of tucupi
- 1 chopped finger pepper
- Chopped green smell
Duck rice
- 2 tablespoons of Deline
- 1 minced medium onion
- 2 chopped garlic cloves
- 6 cups of shredded duck
- 4 cups of rice
- 3 cups of water
- Salt to taste
- 2 cups of tucupi
- 1 chopped red pepper
- Chopped coriander to taste
